Today I received notice from Denver Parks and Rec that all fitness classes are cancelled until further notice.
And coming in right behind that notice was an email from fellow TCM doctors in China that released today information and case studies about COVID19 patients in China. This information is only to further inform you and to encourage you to continue practicing Qigong daily even if there are no classes being held at DPR.
Qigong builds up your immune system as you have learned from my constant reinforcement during our classes. Exercises including skin invigoration or tapping to increase Wei Qi is a good daily exercise. Because this virus presents as cold damp, we need internal fire. Practice Pyramid (jumping jacks without jumping), and drinking ginger and green teas will help.
