Planning your children’s ministry each week, Sunday after Sunday, can be an never ending task! How often do we get to Monday morning and despair at having to start from scratch, again? Strandz has put together this new resource to help make planning a little more fun, and spark some creative ideas.

Planning Your Kids Ministry Like a Ninja (or something similar)
A 52-page notepad with space for brainstorming and planning your children's ministry ideas each week. Rip off a new one each week, reflect on how things went in the last session, and plan for next Sunday. The reverse side has a run sheet to help ensure the session goes smoothly.

We are also throwing in an A3 sized 2017 planner will help you see the big picture, the overarching themes, across the year. It includes the NZ school holiday dates and space for you to write down your term themes and notes. The Revised Common Lectionary days are also included, to help you follow along with the church calendar and resources on Connectible.

And this Strandz resource is designed and created right here in New Zealand.

How much do they cost, I hear you ask? Only $10 + p&p! They have been flying off the shelves so far, that we've nearly sold our entire first print run in a week, so we'll be sending a second batch to print asap!

Not the best day for kids?

Explaining Good Friday in a child appropriate way can feel like navigating a minefield. It is an important day, and we must resist the temptation to gloss over it and head straight for Easter Sunday. Here are some ideas:
