ADRA Canada Launches Four Year Program

ADRA Canada announces our newest program. Over the next four years, project EMBRACE will strengthen the lives of families in Rwanda, Cambodia, Burma and the Philippines. With funding contributions of over $20 million from Global Affairs Canada, the EMBRACE program will vastly improve the lives of women of reproductive age, and children under five.

ADRA Welcomes Jasmin Simyunn

The ADRA Canada team continues to grow with the addition of Jasmin

Jasmin Suson-Simyunn is of Filipino descent. Most recently, she was the Country Director for ADRA Papua New Guinea (and de facto Finance Director). She previously served as Finance and Admin Director as well as Interim Country Director for ADRA in Mongolia. Her first ADRA engagement is in Sri Lanka initially as short-term finance support and then as Finance Director. Her early career in the Philippines includes audit and teaching. Jasmin holds both a CPA and MBA diploma.  Jasmin will be the Project Accountant for EMBRACE.  Jasmin will oversee the financial management of EMBRACE, including providing technical assistance to all four field country offices engaged in the EMBRACE Program. 

We are glad to have Jasmine on our team as we launch out on this important four year journey of EMBRACE!
