Fall Harvest is here-
Get your emu meat

We are taking orders now for custom whole emu birds and we will begin our fall butchering next month.  You can order a whole bird for $130, plus you pay the cost of processing ($55) directly to the butcher.    They go fast, so get your order in early.

This is our best deal all year on emu meat.  Preselling birds really helps us with freezer space and we pass that savings on to you.
An emu usually has about 25 pounds of meat —we keep the fat as a by-product for our emu oil products.  The meat is cut into steaks (usually about 4-5 pounds) and the rest is ground.  Emu meat is a red meat similar in taste and texture to lean beef and less than 5% fat.  This lean meat is high in protein, vitamins, and minerals.   The steaks are awesome and the ground emu makes wonderful burgers, chili, and curry.

Please contact us for ordering information. We must receive orders and payment by November 15th so time is limited.   Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions and any special requests (specialty meat, bones, home butchering, etc).
