The Big Share is Back!

Mark your calendars for the 2nd annual Big Share on March 1st, 2016! As you may remember, The Big Share is a 24-hour online giving day benefiting 70 local nonprofits and is sponsored by Community Shares of Wisconsin. We're excited to be taking part again this year and hope you will join us in sharing your love of healthy communities!

2016 Gardens Summit- A celebration of Dane County Community Gardens

The Gardens Network invites you to join us for a day of learning and celebration on Saturday, February 20th from 9am-2pm!

Why attend?  Great sessions for gardeners of all ages, cultures and interests!

  •  How-to sessions to amplify your garden’s impact: composting 101, pollinators, people and place-making workshops
  • Leader support workshops: A Year in the Garden (managing your garden) and Strategies for Success with volunteers, plot-monitoring, garden security, etc.
  • Tracks in Spanish, Hmong and English
  • Multicultural seed-starting workshop
  • Community resource tables: meet local groups that share your goals
  • It’s our annual reunion – come network with garden friends!
