It's been a serious series of days as the nation (and world) comes to grip with rapidly changing market conditions due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Today, I've felt called to reach out to each and every one of you to share hope and real strategies to not only survive this unprecedented crisis but to thrive in spite of it.

First, let me say that if any of you or your loved ones have been affected by Coronavirus, I'm sending heartfelt prayers and thoughts your way for a speedy recovery.

Secondly, after personally weathering the Great Recession in real estate, I learned a lot from those market changes, and I walked forward with those lessons. I'll share some of those lessons in today's podcast.

Lastly, there are opportunities in every market, but you must adapt, you must stay educated on real estate trends, and you must continue to market to your audiences.

If I had to sum up my 13  recommendations into 1 nugget, it would be:
"Double-down on showing your SOI and your niche audiences that you care about them by sharing high-value content every day."

Every. Single. Day.

This is a tremendous opportunity to improve your online presence. Use it wisely. Take action. Stay positive.

I hope that Episode 3 helps your business in some small way–click here or on the image below to listen.
