Communications Internship (deadline to apply September 30th)

The Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR) is seeking a communications intern to assist full-time in producing content on development research for our audience of policymakers, private sector professionals, academics, students and the general public. The intern will be concerned primarily with maintaining and creating content for CDPR's regular communication channels, including its website, social media, email newsletters and events. Interns will not only gain experience translating research for the public, but will also work in proximity with some of Pakistan's foremost development researchers.

CDPR is looking to hire an intern immediately. This is a unpaid position but there is a possibility of eventual paid work. There is also the possibility of part-time employment.

About CDPR

In Pakistan, policy decisions and public discourse are often uninformed by available research. The Consortium for Development Policy Research (CDPR) bridges this gap by communicating cutting-edge, evidence-based research on development issues in Pakistan to an audience of policymakers, students, the media and the wider public. With support from the International Growth Centre (IGC), CDPR disseminates policy briefs, hosts events, engages with the media and produces digital content to make topics in development research such as economic growth, energy, education, health and governance intelligible to both decision makers and the public.
