Big thanks to Brent Walker and Tom Van Drunen for all the work they have done on the trails this summer. We should be skiing earlier and longer, even in low snow conditions, thanks to all the hours they have put in. The 3km trail has been contoured flat and rocks have been covered to make grooming easier. Equipment donations were made by Equipment North and Hollandia to get the work done. We very much appreciate their support.
In addition Marty Neva and Rusty Hopper replaced culverts on the trails during the summer months.
Our buildings also received some much needed attention from Phil Mulligan, David Hamilton, Dave Hanson and Jody Waddell who put in many hours to replace the roof on the A building, where we store much of our equipment. The new Gazebo/Picnic Shelter would not be here without the tireless efforts of Dave Hanson and Jody Waddell; it was a lot of hard work, thanks for not giving up!
We couldn't run such a great organization without so many wonderful volunteers.
