Youth Programs Celebrate Another Great Season
Youth Program Coordinator, Nicole Theodoru
Another season of Bunnies, Jackrabbits and Track Attack h come and gone - but what a fantastic season it was! We started our year off with a bit of cold weather, but it turned out to be a great season with many sunny days. Our program was filled with fun games, long treks into the bush, smiling faces, and too much hot chocolate! We want to send out a big THANK YOU to all our skiers, parents, coaches, and chalet staff. We cannot run this program without all the hard work and support from everyone involved. Enjoy the rest of the winter season! Next year will be here sooner than you think!

The Ontario Winter Games held at Horseshoe Valley was our team's last major race of the season. We had seven athletes from Walden racing at the Games! We were well represented with many great results as well as a 2nd place finish by Patrick Wiss in the sprint race! Since the completion of OWG's the team has continued practicing on a regular basis, taking advantage of spring skiing and working on technique and distance!
Don't miss out on these events hosted by WCCFC.
