The Triangle Recorder Society is excited to be able to continue offering live Zoom playing sessions for October, November, and December, and beyond.

Our sessions will be on the third Sunday of each month, from 2:30 - 4:00 pm, with time afterward to socialize as you wish. Because these sessions are on Zoom we are able to extend this invitation to anyone that wants to join, even if you don't live near us in the Triangle area of North Carolina!

We look forward to playing more great music with leadership from our director, Jennifer Streeter, and special guests. We also look forward to seeing our members and guests on screen.

We will send the music files and zoom link on Thursday night. If you log in on Sunday we can help you register and answer questions if you are having trouble.

There are two ways to register/pay:

1) Become a TRS sustaining member.  This will provide you complimentary access to all of the meetings for this year (8 sessions guaranteed) and will in turn help support the Triangle Recorder Society during these challenging times. Our sustaining membership fee is $80 for the year.

Notes from the President

Sue Ann Wright

Thank you so much for the great kick-off we had to our virtual season.  We are so excited to have new members from around the country, and the opportunities to make music “together” again.  I would like to express my extreme gratitude to the officers who made the first session possible.  Dana, Bev, Jennifer, Pat, and Doug deserve many more thanks and accolades than I can write here.  They all worked in different areas to be sure that signing up, getting music, having quality recordings, and providing an enjoyable atmosphere for us to enjoy playing.  Thanks to their willingness to move forward in these new and different times, we all will benefit in our sessions.  I look forward to seeing all of you in our future playing sessions!

Thank you!
