If I had to look at two people and bet on which one would be successful, I wouldn’t look at their resumes. Instead I would take a look at their levels of confidence. Some of us were blessed with parents who told us we could be anything we set our minds to, parents who spent our childhoods building us up - and it worked. For those that didn’t receive that childhood confidence, it can be learned. Confidence comes from surrounding yourself with those who lift you up rather than put you down. It comes from aiming to be your best rather than comparing yourself to others. It comes from recognizing your own strengths and playing to them. And it’s contagious. Build your own confidence and watch your children’s confidence soar.
