September 2021
Some sunshine again after a few rough days of rain and wind. We're ready to gardening after the levels have dropped. We've had a couple of weeks to catch up and plants are growing good (to see some of our stock click here.) Veggie plants transplant better when they are smaller!!
We have a good range of Cucumbers, Capsicums and Courgettes. Tomatoes are also ready. We have some Grafted, some Singles and some in six packs. Seed Potatoes are in big demand. We sell them in 25kg bags, 3kg bags, trays that are sprouted or you can choose your own for ONLY $4.99 per a KG.
We still have Lilys and Peonies and a few Dahlia bulbs.
New in stock: Gladioli - Some mixed, and some single colour bulbs.
We have plenty of annuals and polyanthuses in flower ready for your (flower) garden/s. Daffodils are all out in flower as are the flowering cherries. If you find a plant you like the look of, bring a piece and we can match it or tell you the variety.
Our fertilizers are all bagged and ready to go. We carry specialised fertilizers for every plant - Citrus + fruit, lawn, potato, rhodo, rose and tomato. We sell this in 3kg, 6kg or 10kg bags.
Potting mixes/soils are the same, We bag all of our own Compost, Potting Mixes, Tomato Mixes, Rhodo Mixes and Rose Mixes. We can do Bulk Trailer loads as well.
It's a good time to plant hedges. We sell plants in 1 litre pots at only  $5.99 - 20% off over 50 plants, Escallonia, Broadleaf, Pittosporums and many more varieties.
Our roses and fruit trees are all breaking into leaf. Its a good time to buy those and get those planted as its easier to transport trees before they get soft leaves.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING?

It's time to plant seeds now. Plant beans and peas, carrots and parsnips, white stone turnips and Radishes. Seed potatoes for Christmas Dinner and plant a mint (herb) to go with it.
