A Music Video to Make You Smile

Check out the inspirational music of a young lady
sharing her skill and creativity with the world.

Accessible Systems just wrapped up an HBF project for Gilbeth B., a 17 year old Parker girl living with a spinal condition called spinal muscular atrophy #3 which has resulted in her being in a power wheelchair full time.

Her mother stays home to help Gilbeth with her everyday needs and her siblings are working to support the family because her dad recently suffered a heart attack and isn’t able to assist like he once was. Despite these challenges, the spirits in this family are high. Read More >>

Thank you for being a part of gifting at the HBF
Before, I needed to be carried up and down the stairs and that was very nerve-racking. Now thanks to HBF and Accessible Systems, all I have to do is use my chair lift and it's absolutely amazing."

ALS Rocky Mountain Chapter

May is ALS awareness month and it is our honor to introduce you to the Rocky Mountain ALS chapter.  This spectacular team provides support services like a loan closet, learning lab, in home care coordination, educational symposiums, annual fundraising walks, ski events and galas.

After working closely with this team over the last decade our hearts have been forever changed because of their tireless efforts for the ALS families.

This month we want to give a huge thank you to Pam, Leslie, Suzanne, Mary, Brenna, Sarah and all the wonderful folks at the ALS Association Rocky Mountain Chapter. Click here to Meet the Rocky Mountain ALS Chapter>>

Ask Siri About ALS

From the ALS Association:
"Yesterday, we asked you to help us teach Siri about ALS, and you answered in a big way. In less than 24 hours, thousands of you signed our petition, and now when anyone asks Siri “What is ALS?” they learn something about the disease.

We asked.
You spoke.
Siri listened.

By the way, if you’d like to help us continue to raise awareness of ALS, fund research, and improve care for people with ALS, please make a donation here."
