When Ann and Allan Clarke were planning their life, Allan thought back to how his father lived. “My father lived on a farm and ran the farm as his hobby, but as a stock broker he commuted to New York City, where he worked 6 days, sometimes 7 days a week in the city.”
As Allan tells this story from his home in rural Parker, Colorado, he describes his need to be in the country with wide open spaces. What he doesn’t describe is how he got there. But their story is one that demonstrates the power of choice.
