Step into the WI Winter Warmer!
We have launched a virtual winter fair with festive craft projects, recipes, quizzes, puzzles and information about supporting local food banks, women's refuges and women's prisons at Christmas. This will be live throughout December and the beginning of January. Visit our website to step inside.
The November/December WI Life has landed!

This month's issue is packed full of festive crafts, cookery and winter inspiration including a cute reindeer crochet project. We also have a heartwarming feature on the power of WI friendships. We have popped a digital copy of the magazine on our website this month, so everyone can have a read!
16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence
We are nearing the end of the UN's 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. On Wednesday 9 December at 6pm, we are asking WI members to hold a candlelight vigil from their homes and share photographs on social media. We will be sharing them the next day to mark the end of the #16Days and to show our solidarity with survivors of domestic abuse. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to see how we've marked the 16 Days so far.
WI Spotlight: Kimble and Ellesborough WI

A member of Kimble and Ellesborough WI has made these beautiful three layer face masks in Christmas fabric, one for every member. These were included in a bag of 16 kinds of Christmas goodies made by the WI Committee including a Christmas cake and pudding, marmalade and chutney, cranberry sauce, tiffin, sweets, biscuits, tree decorations and a lavender bag.
Try a Denman at Home course this December!
If you'd like to make your own Christmas gifts or decorations this year, or need advice for your Christmas cooking, look no further than a Denman at Home course! We will have courses running up until 21 December and some great courses planned between Christmas and New Year
Choccy the Snowman

Our snowman hot chocolate kit, made from leftover jam and baby food jars, is a fun, low-cost gift. We have provided the recipes for the small marshmallows pieces, decorative shortbread and white chocolate shapes.
