The future of Florida's environment is at stake.
We NEED your help! We have come too far in the fight for clean water. Senate Bill 2508, scheduled to be heard in the Florida Senate on February 17 at 10am, will be disastrous for Florida’s waterways and circumvents the careful, considered process of restoring the Greater Everglades Ecosystem, protecting our coastal estuaries and managing the waters of Lake Okeechobee. Among many issues with the bill, the processes related to updating LOSOM have been hijacked by special interests demanding the State withhold funds for water projects and plans.

We encourage each and every one of you who love the environment, and who care about the world we will leave behind for future generations, to take a stand now before it’s too late. Send a message to the full Florida Senate and tell them SB2508 is a BAD BILL!
