Course request for Fall 2015 closes tomorrow.

**Industrial Design 4th year and Architecture 5th year students,
Please be reminded of the April 1st deadline for submissions to the Ellen Braaten Media Award.
The Ellen Braaten Media Award recognizes a graduating senior from either Industrial Design or Architecture who has incorporated design related media as a core part of a major project, senior thesis, or an overall body of work during their tenure at Virginia Tech.  Examples include the traditional materials of the School's history (pottery, printmaking, silkscreening, photography, etc.), but we welcome proposals with alternative media applications.
Students who are interested in being considered for the award should submit an 8.5 X 11 inch portfolio of no more than 5 pages (not including the cover) that includes an abstract of no more than 250 words describing the use of media in their work.
Submission deadline is 5:00 PM on April 1, 2015
Portfolios should be brought (or if at WAAC emailed) to Nora Stover, 201 Cowgill Hall.
The award of $1000 will be given to a student selected by a faculty member from Industrial Design, Architecture, and Ellen Braaten.
Most of you have a portfolio that could be tailored easily toward a submission for this award.**

Friday, April 17 - Deadline for requesting rescheduling of final examinations that conflict or constitute a third exam in 24 hours. (See Carolyn Harris in 202 Cowgill Hall)
Saturday, April 18 - Web drop/add begins for Fall Semester 2015
