Subject: UK Stamps Victoria 1840 question
Dear collector,
First excuse my bad english but I am French. I hope you will understand my message.
I found your email address on IFSDA website as Great Britain stamps specialist and may be you could help me.
I collect French and French colonies stamps, and I just bought an important accumulation of XIX century classic
stamps.
In it I found some foreign items, especially a piece of cover with 2 horizontal strips of 4 of 2d blue. There is also
a certificate and it says that the year is 1840.
I join a picture.
Could you please tell me more about this piece, especially its value ?
