Subject: Goods Lost in Coventry

 

We received an order from our listing on Ebay and despatched the package (weighing some 15 Kilos) to India at a cost of over £200 (using International Global Value)! The package was returned by India Post for some unknown reason (which may have been stated on the package but because we have not seen the package we do not know the reason) and the package was returned to Parcelforce Coventry where it was lost. Attached is a full listing of the contents and we would ask anyone having information to please contact us. The total value was £700-£750.
