Toppac invests in new machines
We’re committed to improving our service to our customers. Therefore, Toppac are pleased to announce the extension of its machinery fleet.

Toppac is experiencing positive growth and demand. As a result, Toppac has installed two new lines to meet the increasing interest in our products.

We are grateful for all our customers. You are the ones who drive our business. We would like to say thank you for your trust and belief in us to get the job done right the first time, and that the outcome is packaging that you love.

Søren Mark Andersen, CEO, said “We are grateful for the trust our customers put in us. Rather than holding back on investment, we see our investment as essential if we are to maintain our quality, service and flexible lead times in the future”

The new lines will help us increase our production capacity. This means that we can meet market demand for thin wall plastic packaging, yet still provide the same high level of quality, service and short lead times.
Explaining Toppac venting lids
Designed and ideal for hot-filling
Toppac venting lids
Due to high hot-filling temperature, many consumer container products, become bloated or collapsed due to unequalized pressure during filling and processing.

Toppac venting lids for the round 97mm and 105mm tubs, and the square 95x95mm tubs are designed to enable the container to “breathe” after filling. This equalizes pressure within the container preventing deformation to tub and lid.

Compared to Toppac’s standard injection molded snap-on lid, the venting lid has minimal effect on the products shelf-life time.

Among the users of the venting lid, are especially soup manufacturers, who fill at temperatures between 80-90 degrees Celsius.

All three Toppac venting lids are appropriate for in-mold labelling.
Datasheets for the three lids can be found on our website:
