Dean's Message

The College of Engineering has set a new undergraduate enrollment record this fall with 1889 students. This marks a 74% growth rate when compared with 1088 students enrolled in 2001. When graduate students are added in, the total enrollment exceeds 2,000 for the first time ever.   We are excited to welcome new faculty and staff members who are integral in helping to meet the demands of our growing enrollment.  Please explore our newsletter to read about our outstanding faculty, staff, and students in the College of Engineering. I welcome hearing from you, so please contact me at or call 207.581.2217.
