Community Forum: CDC/SAMHSA Epi-Aid Report on Youth Suicide

Project Safety Net invites you to a community forum to review findings and answer your questions regarding the final Epi-Aid report on youth suicide in Palo Alto. A representative from the Santa Clara County Public Health Department will present information from the report. Onsite childcare (6 months-12 years old) and light refreshments will be provided. Simultaneous Spanish and Mandarin language interpreter services will also be available. To request interpretation, please email psnpaloalto@gmail.com or call 650-329-2432.
