NEW PRIVATE LESSON POLICIES
We are very fortunate to have amazing teachers who are very well experienced and qualified and who are available and willing to work with students giving private lessons.
Private lesson times are in high demand and short supply. For this reason it is neccessary to claim your spot more securely.

Private lessons are now required to be paid in advance for a full term (9 lessons).
Cost for lessons is $40/30 mins for Drama and Singing and $40/hr for Dance.

This will secure your spot and secure the booking for the teacher.

CANCELLATIONS - 24 hours notice to cancel the lesson for any reason is required and a make up lesson will be scheduled at an alternative time. There will be no refunds for missed classes.
In the case of sudden illness please notify as soon as possible (minimum 4 hours) to reschedule for an alternative time.
Cancellations made without giving adequate notice to fill the spot will result in a forfeited lesson.
Make up lessons can only be schedule in the times made available by the teacher. A choice of times will be offered.

Dance Assessments!

Term 2 is when we register for assessments in all dance styles and levels.  Many of our students have already participated in assessments in previous years and know that they can be a fun and positive experience.

Assessment Week!
MONDAY 24th July - FRIDAY 28th July and if required MONDAY 31 July - FRIDAY 4 August.

We will have assessment workshops during June/July school holiday period
MONDAY 3rd July - SATURDAY 8th July
in preparation for the assessment.

Assessments give students encouragement to work to the best of their ability and reward their progress with a report on their work and a certificate of achievement acknowledging they have successfully completed that level.

The Theatre Factory delivers the Australian Dance Institute (ADi) syllabus in Ballet, Jazz and Tap and is a CERTIFIED SCHOOL enabling the students to attain certificate I – IV in Dance and credit points towards their QCE.

The process of preparation for assessment always accelerates the students’ development and progress which is so rewarding for me, as a teacher, to witness. I cannot recommend the value of participating in assessments more highly and hope you will all want to register for these benefits.

Students are required to do 2 dance classes per week of their chosen dance style to be eligible for assessment. Extra classes have been added to the timetable to cater for this.

Fees and assessment costs will be discounted for student's who wish to enter for more than one assessment.

Click Here to DOWNLOAD the Assessment letter.

If you would like more information or wish to express an interest to participate please email or call Miss Lyn.
