December 2016
When a Hope Air Client boards a flight to healthcare, they aren't just travelling from point A to point B. They are travelling to the medical care that gives them hope for better health. By supporting Hope Air in our 30th anniversary year, you have given that hope to so many and on behalf of our Clients, I thank you for all that you do.

This year, we've made many new friends and we look forward to growing these relationships for many years to come. The events we've held across the country have raised awareness about our cause and celebrated the power of hope.

Hope Air Clients Jayden and Logan, pictured at right, have an immune system disorder that is so rare that they are two of only three children in the world known to have the condition. They attended one of our events in St. John's with their parents to share how Hope Air has helped their family live a normal life in St. John's while attending appointments in Toronto. Click here to read their story.

Hope Air couldn't exist without the generous support of the many individuals, corporations and foundations that support us by volunteering, donating and hosting events that benefit Hope Air and the people we help. Have a happy, healthy holiday season and I look forward to a new year of helping Canadians get to care!

Brody was born with a bi-lateral cleft lip and palate. He needed to travel from his home community of Prince George to Vancouver every two weeks as doctors worked to correct his cleft lip and palate.

Today, Brody is a happy, healthy eight-year-old. Brody's mom, Lisa, shared pictures of Brody's journey from his infancy, up to the present day! Click here to see the photos and read his story.

We celebrated Hope Air's 30th birthday on November 8th with a party at the Jane Mallett Theatre in Toronto. We were delighted to welcome more than 200 guests, including donors, Volunteers, and Clients – all people who make Hope Air the important national charity that it is.

The evening featured touching interviews with Clients from coast-to-coast, recognition of some of our amazing donors, and music from Lorraine Lawson and the Band of HOPE.

Thank you to everyone who made the evening so special, and here's to the next 30 years!
