Very soon, life could get much better for greyhounds suffering abuse, neglect and death in Florida's barbaric dog racing industry. HB 1233, a humane bill that could put an end to dog racing in the state, has passed committee and is now slated for vote by the Florida House!

The bill would undo the archaic law requiring gambling facilities to operate racetracks, and require that all dog racing injuries be reported.
