Woohoo!!!

With your help, we collected 33,096 pounds of food!

A GIANT thank you to everyone who participated in the 25x25 Community Food Drive, including those who donated food, hosted food drives at their businesses and organizations, and to our friends at Arvada Center, Apex Park and Recreation District, Wheat Ridge City Hall, King Soopers Candelas and Wheat Ridge Recreation Center for hosting collection barrels at their sites.

Many thanks to Danielle Dascalos, Jean Gordon and everyone else that helped spread the word.

It was truly a COMMUNITY food drive!

We couldn't have done it without you!!

The food we collected will provide nearly 28,000 meals!!!

Thank you!!!!

January is National Soup Month

How do we love thee? Let us count the ways—chunky, clear, creamy, spicy, savory or sweet, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. There are a million ways to enjoy soup! And many kinds of soup are nutritious too. Go ahead and indulge and get souped up on soup this month.

National Soup Month is also a great time to donate soup to Community Table so hungry families can drive away hunger and those chilly winter blues with a hot bowl of soup.

We accept food donations Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

National Soup Month Timeline*

Condensed soup was invented in 1897 by a chemist, Dr. John T. Dorrance, for the Campbell Soup Company.

1962
Pop Art Soup
Andy Warhol painted the famous Campbell soup cans in 1962. He confessed to drinking Campbell soup for lunch for 20 years.

Turn your Tax Refund in to Food!

No photo description available.

If you get a state income tax refund, you can donate some or all to help feed hungry families in our community.

The state initiative, ReFUND CO, that began in 2020 puts you in control of deciding if you want to donate some or all of your tax refund to a Colorado nonprofit. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3:

1. Decide how much of your refund to donate.

2. Enter Community Table and our registration number 20033002744 in the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund line on your state income tax return or tax software—or give this info to your tax preparer when you share your tax documents.

3. Smile knowing you’ve helped feed a hungry family!

You can learn more at RefundWhatMatters.org.

YOUR REFUND. YOUR COMMUNITY. YOUR CHOICE.

Food Funnies
Heart Throb 5k

Grab those you love and get your heart pumping on the Saturday before Valentine's Day.

3W Races annual Heart Throb 5k benefiting Community Table is Saturday, February 11, 2023. The race winds through Memorial Park in Arvada, and all ages, fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

Stick around after your 5k run (or walk!) for food, photos, awards, prize drawings, after-party and to cheer on fellow runners at the finish line. A holiday run would not be the same without your loved ones, so share this event with family and friends. Groups of five or more get special team pricing.

Race Day Food Drive
Racers, volunteers and spectators who bring FIVE canned goods to the food drive at the run will be entered into a raffle for prizes from local businesses, including race entries, gift certificates, apparel and more!

Plus, when you register for the race, you can make a donation to help feed the hungry in our community.
