Dear NaCSBA Member,
This month we've begun to see more clearly a path out of the pandemic – a light at the end of the tunnel for us all.
Furthermore 2021 is looking like an important year for our sector. In the last four weeks the Government has agreed to review the Right to Build Legislation, announced the launch of a Help to Build loan scheme for the sector and the bringing forward of serviced plots on public land.
There is still much for us to do but it is clear that the Government is listening and acting. The focus will now be switching to deliver the more and better homes that the country requires, and my key message to the sector at this time is to ensure that we are ready and prepared.
