Happy Spring CWA!
Yes, I know it is April Fools Day, but this is no joke...
The Council and I have been working to update the Bylaws, mostly due to the changes in our calendar for contest and conference/annual meeting. Our aim was to keep things as generic as possible in regards to the rapidly changing social media platform, so please keep that in mind as you read through the proposed updates. Download the update proposal here.
The proposed edits (in red) are up for discussion this month. Please take a few minutes to review and post any comments to the Prolist and also email them to me privately since not every member is on the Prolist. All comments must be on my digital desk by May 1 so that I may compile them and send out an updated edited document followed by a ballot. Associate members are welcome to participate in the discussion and we welcome your input, but only Professional members can vote.
This schedule must be strictly kept in order for ballots to be received in time for the annual meeting June 24 in Phoenix when elections and voting will take place.
