If you can’t fly then run,

Department of Indian Work Needs & Opportunties

Can you help with general nonperishable food donations? We need household staples such as boxed potatoes, soups, veggies, fruit, cereal.

We also need volunteers at both our DIW food shelf (3080 Centerville Rd in Little Canada), as well as at our partner Ain Dah Yung’s food shelf (769 University Ave W in St. Paul).

We would be grateful if you would invite folks in your houses of worship personally, publish in your weekly communications, and announce during your weekly worship services.

Opportunity Saint Paul Seeks Tutors and Job Coaches

Several of our Opportunity Saint Paul partner organizations through our Opportunity St. Paul program need volunteers to help with resume building and job coaching for adults and after-school homework help and one-on-one tutoring with children. Pandemic lapses in educational outcomes and ongoing traumas resulting from grinding poverty are reminders that we need each other now more than ever.
