It's happening this Saturday!

The exhibitors are prepared, our celebrity readers are warming their vocal chords and the public is gearing up for what promises to be the best NZ Book Festival so far!

In this newsletter we showcase the last of our exhibitors from the World of Words, who will be available at the event to share their industry knowledge and showcase their services to emerging and experienced writers alike.

Whether you are a writer or a reader, or simply love supporting events like this which celebrate New Zealand's talent, we look forward to welcoming you though the doors.

The event runs from 10AM to 4:30PM at the Mt Eden War Memorial Hall at 489 Dominion Road. There will be some parking available for visitors behind the building, and plenty of street parking nearby.

New speaker for Gala Night!

Dave MacManus from CopyPress will now be presenting at Friday's Gala Night, in place of Karen McKenzie.
The business has been helping New Zealanders publish their stories for over 20 years - many of them first time authors and small publishing houses. David and Philippa MacManus took over the business in 2003 and have extended and developed the business to serve the needs of writers and independent publishers.
Dave’s talk will be about the processes and stages of turning a manuscript into a saleable book.
Book Print is a specialist book printer who is set up to produce short print runs from 25 to 1,000 copies. The Book Print team can help authors with the cover design, formatting, printing and distribution stages of self-publishing. If you are looking for high quality printed books and booklets at cost effective prices, be sure to talk to Tim and the Book Print team this Saturday.
