Kansas Governor's Public Health Conference

Please join us on March 30, 31 and April 1, 2021, for the Virtual Kansas Governor’s Public Health Conference. Our featured keynotes include Dr. Lee Norman, Secretary of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment; Craig Scott, Columbine Survivor; Dr. Vincent Covello, Director of the Center for Risk Communication; and Dr. Brian Castrucci, President & CEO of the de Beaumont Foundation. Their topics include updates on the ongoing COVID crisis, improving school and community cultures to prevent school violence and suicides, and strategies to ensure governmental public health is well-prepared for present and future health challenges.

Call for Abstracts for Association of Public Health Nurses Annual Conference

The Association of Public Health Nurses (APHN) invites you to submit an abstract for the 2021 Annual Conference which will be held in virtual format from April 19-22. Abstracts are due February 14, 2021.

The 2021 APHN annual conference will explore next steps in preparing for emerging roles and challenges for public health nursing in a transformative public health system, aligned with principles of Inclusion.
