Free workshop - Listening skills and emotional health

LAST CHANCE TO BOOK FOR TUESDAY 3RD MAY!
Bookings close TOMORROW AT NOON for the first of our three Spring/Summer workshops on Listening Skills and Emotional Health, run by Samaritans. The workshops will help equip you or one of team members to improve wellbeing and resilience amongst colleagues and beyond; we have also recently added a further workshop on Wednesday 6th July 2022.

There are have just a couple of places left for the session on Tuesday 3rd May.
All sessions run from 6.30pm to 9pm; the full list of dates are:

TUESDAY 3RD MAY 2022 (bookings close Wednesday 27th April at 12 noon)
TUESDAY 7TH JUNE 2022
WEDNESDAY 6TH JULY 2022

Here's what the intended outcomes of this training are:

Better understanding of mental health, wellbeing and emotional issues in self and others, and confidence in talking to colleagues about these
Better knowledge and understanding of when, how and where to signpost colleagues for more support
Identification and support helps to prevent crises and build confidence and resilience in pharmacy team members
Prevention of crises will help to ensure ongoing effective provision of community pharmacy services
Training may also help pharmacy team members in managing patients presenting in the pharmacy with mental health and wellbeing concerns
