Continue yesterday's celebration of prayer by joining the Season of Creation.

Yesterday's World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation was an inspiring day. From the Pope's special liturgy (see video below) to the reports of celebrations around the world, you could almost hear the angels singing in chorus with all peoples and all of creation!

Over 4,000 people joined our Facebook event to celebrate the World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation. From Italy to Ireland, Peru to the Philippines, people shared how they prayed in nature, in university chapels, elderly homes, and with families.

Yesterday was also the beginning of Season of Creation. Cardinal Luis Tagle launched the Season of Creation in the Philippines with a mass at the Manila Cathedral and a call to support the local campaign to get 10 million signatures for the Catholic Climate Petition. You can read about this exciting event here.

Let's join the Philippine churches in spending the next few weeks in prayer and reflection on our relationship to creation. We have a lot of resources on our website, as well as a weekly reflection guide if you sign up below.
