New Theme 'Action Inquiry' Launching Next Week!

After two weeks of 'Three Horizons', we will be launching our next theme 'Action Inquiry' next week. In collaboration with Dr Cathy Sharp, we will be looking at Action Inquiry. Part of this offer will involve online Reading Circles - with the first one taking place a week from now!

You can already sign up to our Reading Circles and explore the new resources via the website here. The first Reading Circle will be discussing part of Cathy's paper 'Collective Leadership: Where Nothing is Clear and Everything Keeps Changing', available through the website.

We will be releasing more resources over the course of Week 3 & 4, so make sure you have a look at the website regularly and follow us on Twitter (@CollectiveScot) to stay up-to-date!

New Offer: Guided Journaling Sessions & More

Starting next week, the Collective Leadership for Scotland team will be hosting weekly Guided Journaling sessions via Zoom. During the session, you will be taken through a series of questions, one at a time, and given time to write down whatever comes up for you. Your responses are personal to you but you can provide insight into what's going on for you if you wish.
You can now sign up for the upcoming Guided Journaling sessions via Eventbrite here.

More Supportive Practices Online

To support you further through our current programme 'One Thing at a Time', we have also released more information and support for connected practices and approaches, such as Dialogue Walks, Mindfulness, Case Clinics, Co-Inquiry Groups and more.
You can find more useful information on Supportive Practices here.

We have also put up a new blog post on virtual Dialogue Walks. Read our blog post 'Walking together, the virtual way', download your online Dialogue Walk card and start a (virtual) walk together!

They have developed a series of follow-up sessions to allow the conversation to be taken forward to bring “gamification” into the new world we are now faced with.
