Enabling Collaborative Leadership Taster Session
20 April 2015 - Atlantic Quay, Glasgow
Throughout 2015, Enabling Collaborative Leadership will be offering the Pioneer Programme - an offer of support to work with teams who are seeking to deliver better outcomes through collaboration. This includes increasingly involving citizens in co-designing and co-producing services. Anyone involved with public services understands this is easy to say, but hard to put into practice.
We will be working closely with participant teams around real work issues and in real work settings to test out what kinds of approaches work best for different kinds of collaborations. Participation is underpinned by a systematic approach to inquiry, drawing on multiple perspectives, testing out new ways of acting, and learning from experience.
Pioneer Programme - Taster Sessions
Workforce Scotland will be offering Taster Sessions throughout early 2015, allowing all interested parties to find out more about what is on offer through Enabling Collaborative Leadership.
During the Taster Sessions we will share information and insight into all aspects of the programme, from the interventions on offer to the evaluation methods we will be using. They are also a great way to find out more about how to get involved in different elements of the programme, from the Facilitation Teams to the Peer Learning Network.
The next Taster Session will take place on Monday 20 April 2015, 9.30 - 13.30, at Atlantic Quay, Glasgow. To book on to this session, please register below.
