A Health and Social Care Integration OD Community of Practice has already been set up on the Knowledge Hub and can be found at https://knowledgehub.local.gov.uk/group/hsci-od-community.  If you would find the online Community of Practice useful and haven’t yet engaged with it, please do join, let us know what you are working on and what you are enthusiastic about just now.
We’ve organised the event so that people from the OD community can meet face-to-face and hope that it will provide participants with an opportunity to:
  • Share examples from practice and success stories that will help other public service organisations and workforces to develop
  • Raise awareness of and share resources that can support organisational development
  • Raise and constructively debate challenges and dilemmas with peers
  • Be creative, share ideas with like-minded people, and use peers as a sounding board to help shape and test these.
Please register for the event here. Registration closes on 20 April 2015.

As this will be an interactive day, we are looking to members of the community of practice to help shape the agenda. If you have any topics, themes or areas of work that you want to bring to discuss with the community, please share these on your registration.
Purpose of meeting on 30th April
  • Provide a space for updates, connections and sharing
  • Listen to what is important for people in developing the network and plan for future ways of operating
  • Listen to challenges
  • Terms of reference and membership – putting the contract into detail
  • Build the will for collaboration and model collaborative behaviours.
