Become a Host during Illuminating Leadership Festival

The image shows an illustration of the Illuminating Leadership Logo in the Background with Text on the top. The text reads 'Event Submission form now open! Become an event host during Illuminating Leadership festival'. The Illustration in the background shows a blue and white striped lighthouse, radiating a warm orange beam. The structure sits on a rock in a soft blue sea with simply illustrated mountains in the back and a star-dotted dark blue sky.
The festival calendar and online event submission form are now live! Have a look what's already in the calendar and upload your event now to be a host for Illuminating Leadership Festival.

Are you interested in the aim of this festival and want to explore a topic further? You can get involved in the festival by hosting an event yourself, as long as it matches the ethos and intention of the festival. You will need to complete an online event submission form for your event to appear on the festival's online calendar. You can read the host information page, which provides step-by-step guidance and tips, and additionally you can attend an information session for potential event hosts. You can also contact us directly if you wanted to chat through your event idea or questions (collectiveleadership@gov.scot).

About Illuminating Leadership Festival:
Taking place for the first time from 28 February - 3 March 2022, Illuminating Leadership is a new online festival aiming to shed light on the benefits and opportunities, as well as challenges of collective, systems- and place-based leadership. Over the course of four days, the festival will see a variety of self-hosted events, during which participants and hosts can reflect, share, and identify ways in which we can support people across public services and beyond to feel truly empowered, sufficiently emboldened and able to use their creativity in a way that supports real improvement.

All events are free and open to anyone with an interest in collective, systems- and place-based leadership. Have a look what's already in the calendar. Remember that we have just opened submissions for events, so make sure you come back and check the calendar regularly - and why not put up an event up yourself?
