Perseverance Conference

Perseverance for Collective Leadership with Margaret Wheatley.

Collective Leadership for Scotland, with event sponsorship from Healthcare Improvement Scotland, are very pleased to announce that we are working with Margaret Wheatley to help take your system change work to a deeper level.

Collective Leadership Facilitation Programme Offer

We are offering a residential programme for facilitators. It will be best suited to those who have some experience of working with complexity and are open to reflecting on their own practice and a willingess to share learning.

The offer: A four day residential programme from 5th to 8th November 2019 at Murrayshall near Perth.

Facilitation Network

The next Edinburgh facilitation network is on 8th October 2019: Register here.

This is a peer network, where we share skills, experiences, test out ideas in action and support each other with facilitative practice. Anyone who is wanting to develop their practice is welcome.

We have network meetings in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Keep an eye on our Eventbrite for more facilitation network events.

You can also add your name to the Facilitation mailing list.

Mindfulness Network

For anyone who is interested in exploring mindfulness, please come to our new collective mindfulness network.

Breakfast Clubs

Join us for the Breakfast Club - the creative way to start the day!          
The Breakfast Club is open to anyone who wants to have a chat about mischief-making and system shaking. Come along, buy a coffee (and a pastry if you fancy) and have a chat with a really interesting mix of people about whatever topic emerges that morning.                                

We run monthly breakfast clubs throughout the year, in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Fire Starter Festival 2020

Next year’s 2020 Fire Starter Festival will run from 27th January to 14th February.

We are currently hosting information sessions and webinars about how you can get involved in the 2020 festival. You can see a recorded webinar on our website. These are our upcoming sessions:
