Collective Leadership Now and for Generations Ahead -  New Online Sessions with Martin Kalungu-Banda

'Leadership Now and for the Generations Ahead' is our upcoming series of hosted leadership conversations, with Martin Kalungu-Banda from the Presencing Institute.
The sessions have been designed to create space and opportunity to explore key issues around our leadership response over Covid, working together on how our leadership can evolve for the future.

  • 20 October 2020 - 10am-11.30am
Conversation 1: What has been our Covid experience and what have we noticed in our leadership response to extreme disruption?
  • 5 November 2020 - 10am-11.30am
Conversation 2: How can we sense more deeply how our leadership needs to evolve for future generations?
  • 17 November 2020 -10am-10.30am
Conversation 3: Experimentation – developing the muscle of possibility around our collctive support for the future

Each session is planned over 90 minutes, offering opportunities to connect with one another, hear insights and experiences from Martin Kalungu-Banda and reflect together, in different ways, on how our leadership can best serve for the generations ahead.

You are welcome to select the conversations that feel most relevant to you, or attend all three.  You may wish to participate in our scheduled Base Camp Groups, which offer an opportunity to reflect more deeply on the issues and questions raised.

Images For Renewal - Post Your Images and Join us for a Hosted Session

Running alongside the Collective Leadership for Renewal Programme, ‘Images for Renewal’ is an invitation to colleagues to share their own images – photo, poems, magazine clippings etc. with the Collective Leadership Community on Twitter using the hashtag #images4renewal. The aim is to provide contemplative space for people to share images around ‘renewal’ that might emerge over the course of the programme  – and to build a collective photo gallery for open use on the website.

Towards the end of the programme, we would like to come together for a hosted Images for Renewal Workshop. Please come along and sign up here.

Update on Hosting and Facilitating Good Conversations Programme

Before COVID, we held a 3-day programme called "Hosting and Facilitating Good Conversations through Use of Self". Read more about this programme here.

As gathering again in person looks like it is still some time away, we have been looking at what we could offer online instead.  We are still at the early stages of our thinking but it would be helpful to get a sense of the interest in this kind of programme. Our thinking so far is that a group would commit to 4 online 2 hour modules, each dealing with a concept or aspect of holding a good conversation.  It would involve some input and then some practice in small groups.  There would also be some pre work and a commitment to take forward an action from each module and then bring your learning back to the next module.
