If you haven't done so already, have a look at our ‘Cultivating a Stable Mind’ webpage, which provides you with hands-on mindfulness practices in audio or text format and other resources on mindfulness theory!

Please also join us for our ‘Beginner’s Mind – Community event’ hosted on 4 June via Zoom to find out what mindfulness is and how it can support you, your team, family and wider community.

More Guided Journaling Sessions

We have got 5 more guided journaling sessions planned until mid-June. Why not join us for one of them?

Here's what previous participants have said:

  • "The session gave me permission to take time out for me, to reflect with no intention other than to just be in the moment and let the journaling create the vision. It helped clarify and clear a channel of blocked thinking. It felt freeing and fun, thank you!" -Jane Ross
  • "I found the short guided journaling session useful and illuminating. It helped me articulate what is important this week, what isn't, and how I might spend more time on joy - my own and other people's." - Kirsty Lewin
