A good start for 2018 EU-China Tourism Year
|
|
Photography Biennale" held in Tianjin during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday is a perfect example for the promotion of the EU-China tourism and cultural exchanges. Besides the European Travel Commission’s involvement in the preparation of the event, countries including Belgium, Iceland, Poland, Denmark, Germany, Croatia, Latvia, Norway, Portugal and Switzerland also showed their support by providing one-hundred paintings of European natural sceneries to attract more Chinese tourists to Europe.
Last month, China Tourism Academy, Ctrip “Tourism Big Data Joint Laboratory” and Huayuan International Travel co. LTD jointly released the "Report on China’s Tourism Trends to Europe in 2018,” a comprehensive research and analysis about the European tourist market size, its growth trends, departure cities, popularity of destination countries, consumers’ behaviour and preferences during the first quarter of 2018. According to this report, over six million Chinese tourists visited Europe in the first quarter of 2018. Based on the changes in air transport capacity and tourist market, the number of Chinese tourists to Europe is expected to grow significantly this year. Read more

上月中国旅游研究院、携程旅游大数据联合实验室和华远国旅联合发布了《2018年中国赴欧洲旅游趋势报告(第一季度)》，对2018年第一季度欧洲旅游的市场规模与增长趋势、出发省市及目的地国家人气情况、消费者特征与偏好等进行综合研究分析。根据相关统计数据，2017年首站访问欧洲的中国大陆公民接近600万人次，在此基础上，根据航空运力与旅游市场的变化，报告预计今年中国赴欧洲旅游人数将有明显增长。阅读全文

120 Central African treasures displayed in Chongqing
Recently, 120 pieces (sets) of statues from the Central African treasures were unveiled at the Three Gorges Museum. There are hundreds of different races or cultures in Africa, and most of them use statues. Some of the statues on display were used in tribal rituals, which are an important carrier of African “ritual art”, and the true witness of African history, folklore and life. More info

A Fictitious Land of Peace - Fanjingshan
A few days ago, an aerial photograph of Mount Fanjing in Tongren, blew up the Internet. For a while, the mountain amazed the whole country.
