Newsletter October/November 2016
I haven't done a newsletter for a while and with good reason.
1) I was trying to find a way to have the newsletter sent to everyone on the distribution list, not just half;
2) I wanted to archive past newsletters on my website;
3) I've been building my new website from scratch;

If you're a lover of classical music and love live performances, my local church St Mary's Byfleet is putting on a concert in November.  The Yehudi Menuhin School of Music (based in Cobham) are showcasing their young musicians on Saturday 26th November to include Vivaldi's The Four Seasons.  This is a great opportunity to see some later-to-be-famous faces in a small venue.  Tickets are just £12.50 from church office 01932 346605 (answerphone).  On-line from
As always at this time of year, I am giving away my plants.  My aloe vera and, this time, money plants are very strong, having survived 2 garden dig-ups, wind, rain and sunburn.
