Before placing bids, you will need to create an online account in the Poly Auction APP, complete your identity verification and place an auction deposit. Owning your favourite collections has never been easier.

First-time users may select Poly Auction Hong Kong in the drop-down menu at the upper left corner to access Poly Auction Hong Kong’s designated auctions.

“My” page provides numerous personalized services, such as bookmarking your favourite lots and viewing your bidding history. You will be able to experience these features after successfully creating an account. 

Registered users can browse the auction schedule and catalogues in the APP. Should you be interested in participating in any auctions, we would like to ask you to verify your identity on the settings page by providing a copy of your ID, full name, contact details and correspondences. Our customer service team will process your request as soon as your application is received, and make sure that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential. 
 

A prompt of auction deposit payment will be shown when browsing the catalogue. Please follow the instructions to finishing paying an auction deposit. 

You can start bidding once your identification process is completed. You may place any bids during the auction opening times. The auction countdown will be shown on both the auction listing page and the catalogue page to remind bidders of the time remaining to bid. 

At the end of the countdown, the lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. You will receive a result notification by SMS at the end of the auctions.
