Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts' Wild Possibilities

Five inspiring stories that answer the question "What's a land trust?"

LNCT's Karen Mathews talks about community and what makes our land trust unique. Watch the video featuring five Oregon land trusts: Lower Nehalem Community Trust, Wetland Conservancy, Columbia Land Trust, Greenbelt Land Trust, and Wallowa Land Trust. 

Community Garden Registration Opens Feb 1st

Registration will be available online February 1st at The annual garden fee is $50 for Trust members. If you are not a current member of the LNCT, an annual contribution ($25 suggested) entitles you to Trust membership. Scholarships are considered upon request.

Date set for the Nehalem Estuary Cleanup

Saturday March 9th

Its back! The 2019 Nehalem Estuary Cleanup will be Saturday, March 9th. Spend a day making a lasting difference in our beautiful Nehalem Bay Estuary and our community!

This all ages event is co-hosted by the Lower Nehalem Community Trust and Lower Nehalem Watershed Council. Opportunities will range from collecting debris, sorting materials, and helping with set-up and take down. 

Partners and friends: Do you have a service or materials to donate? Have a boat and are willing to shuttle people and debris? We’re still in our early planning stages! Don't hesitate to reach out to us!
