Do you know what we do?
The City & Hackney Safeguarding Children Board is responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring the effectiveness of child safeguarding. Details of who we are, what we do and how we do it is available on the CHSCB website and can be found HERE.
CHSCB Annual Report 2014/15
The CHSCB annual report for 2014/15 is a transparent assessment on the effectiveness of safeguarding and the promotion of child welfare across the City of London and the London Borough of Hackney.

On 3rd November 215, Hackney CYPS and the NSPCC, in conjunction with the City and Hackney Safeguarding Board and its partners, launched a campaign appealing to adults in particular to share any concerns they have about the exploitation of Hackney children and young people.

Hackney FAST Protocol
The First Access Screening Team (FAST) has released its Operational Protocol providing all the information you need about how this multi-agency initiative operates.

Say Something if You See Something
The Hackney Youth Parliament, working in partnership with the Safer Neighbourhood Board and the CHSCB announced the launch of a campaign to tackle Child Sexual Exploitation at their recent Youth Conference held on 14 November 2015. The campaign will begin in early 2016.

Hackney MASE - Harmful Sexual Behaviours
Terms of reference have recently been agreed by the CSE & Missing Working Group on how Multi-Agency Sexual Exploitation (MASE) meetings can be used for young people demonstrating harmful sexual behaviours.
