Six Unique Parks to Explore this Summer

Our City is full of unique and award winning amenities for everyone to enjoy. From themed playgrounds to one-of-a-kind experiences, check out some of these remarkable hidden gems, including a park with a life-sized Snakes and Ladders board game!

Share Your Ideas for a More Sustainable Community!

We’re updating our Environment Strategy and we need your help. Take the online survey from now until July 15. You’ll also have a chance to win a $50 gift card.

Summer Heats up with Concerts, Movies and a Drive-Thru Ribfest

Registration is now open for our Drive-Thru Ribfest (event July 23-25) where we'll be offering the same signature menu in a drive-thru format! Concerts in the Parking Lot start July 15 and are filling up fast. Our Drive-In Movies lineup begins in August.

Is Richmond Hill Age-Friendly for Seniors?

We are taking steps toward becoming an Age-Friendly Community. We’ve heard from many residents through our short survey (available until July 16) and now we are signing people up for our online focus groups. We want to learn more from you about what we’re doing right, and where there are opportunities for growth.

Did Someone Say... Walk?

This is Hugo. Hugo likes walks. So does his human. Hugo’s human knows to bring his leash when he’s heading to a park. Leashing your pet provides a safe and enjoyable park visit for everyone, not just Hugo. Richmond Hill also offers two off-leash areas for dogs to run free. Now that's something to pant about.
