Canada Day is Back in Person!

Join us Friday, July 1 at Richmond Green for an exciting line-up of live performances, including the fresh R&B/pop sounds of Preston Pablo. Play all day in one of the Region's largest midways, participate in fun activities (including a LEGO game area!), watch artist demonstrations, and cap it all off with a fireworks display sure to thrill the whole family!

Don't Wait... Nominate!

Nominations for this year's Richmond Hill Blooms program open June 10! Help us recognize attractive, colourful and well-maintained front gardens in our community. Need some tips and inspiration? We've got some great how-to gardening videos featuring our award-winning horticulture staff, as well as free gardening webinars!

Modernizing Infrastructure Repairs

The City recently used modern technology to replace a section of watermain along Major Mackenzie Drive, reducing repairs to the road and minimizing traffic congestion and disruption to the community, including the hospital. The approach earned the City a 'Project of the Year' award from the Ontario Public Works Association!

Celebrate Seniors Month with Us!

We're celebrating our growing Adult 55+ community this June! And though our special events are filling up quickly, we also have great recreation drop-in programs and workshops to enjoy all summer long. Don't miss out!

Help Protect Your Parks and Neighbours

Richmond Hill is home to more than 167 beautiful parks, many with unique amenities and natural features that residents and visitors love. You can help keep our parks fun and safe for everyone this summer. Please leave at home things that may cause damage to our natural areas (e.g. tents, fireworks) or create hazards for other park visitors (e.g. drones, e-bikes).

Project Blaze – Apply by June 24

Attention female identifying high school students in Richmond Hill!
