TBEC Symposium at the 46th Union World Conference on Lung health in Cape Town
The 46th Union Conference took place from 2nd December – 6th December in Cape Town, South Africa. This year conference theme was “A New Agenda: Lung Health Beyond 2015”, which reflected the changing landscape of global public health, and the new era of action that will be embarked on together in the coming years.”

Симпозиум ЕКТБ в рамках 46-ой Международной конференции по здоровью лёгких в Кейптауне
46-ая Международная конференция по здоровью лёгких состоялась с 2-го по 6-ое декабря в Кейптауне, Южная Африка. Темой конференции в этом году стала «Новая повестка дня: Здоровье лёгких после 2015-го», отражающая меняющуюся картину глобального общественного здравоохранения и новую эру действий, которые предстоит предпринять совместными усилиями в ближайшие годы.

The 46th Union World Conference on Lung Health: Romanian TB story
When Jonathan Stillo asked the medical director of a mountaintop sanatorium in Romania what she would like to change about the sanatorium, she said she would like to blow the place up and build a small, modern clinic in town where the patients are – a model that’s more in-line with current tuberculosis control practices which encourage treating patients in their communities.

46-ая Международная конференция по здоровью лёгких: Случай туберкулёза в Румынии
Когда Джонатан Стилло спросил у главного врача санатория, расположенного на вершине горы в Румынии, что бы она хотела изменить в санатории, она ответила, что хотела бы взорвать это место и построить небольшую, современную клинику в городе, где проживают пациенты, — используя модель, более подходящую для современной практики борьбы с туберкулёзом, поощряющую лечение пациентов в их сообществах.

TBEC Annual Steering Committee Meeting
The Steering Committee regularly revises its advocacy strategy and also holds an annual Steering Committee meeting to discuss overall strategy. In 2013, it was decided that an annual meeting would be held on the side of the IUATLD conference. In 2015, the annual TBEC Steering Committee meeting was held in Cape Town. The participants met face-to-face and a summary report was compiled.

Ежегодное заседание Руководящего комитета ЕКТБ
Руководящий комитет регулярно пересматривает свою стратегию в области продвижения и защиты интересов, а также проводит ежегодное заседание Руководящего комитета, чтобы обсудить общую стратегию. В 2013 году было решено, что ежегодная встреча будет проведена в рамках конференции МСБТБЛ. В 2015 году ежегодное заседание Руководящего комитета состоялось в Кейптауне. Участники встретились лично, а в результате был составлен краткий отчёт.
