Nearly 300 women came ready to roll at the Union Y last night for the Great Big Challah Bake of Greater Union County. It was a beautiful outpouring of achdus for our community and Klal Yisrael as we joined hundreds of communities around the world in beginning the Shabbos Project weekend. May the achdus be a zechus for all of Klal Yisrael during these difficult times and may the fresh homemade challah enhance not only the gashmius but also the ruchnius of our Shabbos tables this week and leave a lasting impact on our observance of Shabbos in the weeks ahead. We extend a big yasher koach to the community-wide planning committee that worked tirelessly over the past two months planning the outstanding event and to the generous sponsors who made last night's program possible.
