Hi <<First Name>>,

Merry March to you.
Alien fantasy
Here's a quick update about my upcoming workshops. A few of you have been asking about 'em!

All the workshops are intro-level, fun, practical and powerful :) Tantra-inspired and PG-rated. Totally chilled — you could bring your granny and it wouldn't be too awkward.

To know more about what workshops are like, you can also read what people have said about their experiences. Cool.

Tantric touch meditation: mindfulness meets sexuality

with Laneway Learning
Weds 6 April, 6.15-7.30pm
Captain Melville
Touch is fundamental in most romantic connections. It’s one of the big ways we give and receive love and pleasure, deepen our connection with our partner, and enjoy each other! And yet sometimes we get all up in-your-head about touch — we’re out of the moment, lose confidence or feel unexcited by giving or receiving touch.

This experiential workshop is all about bringing more vibrancy, pleasure and confidence to such a simple and important thing in our life: touch.

Woman having a great time

Great sex & great art: a how-to

with STAMP festival
Sat 9 April, 3.30–5pm
Gold Coast Arts Centre
Co-facilitated with Lachlan McDonald
In lots of ways, art and sex are peas in a pod. In this workshop, you’ll get practical tools to unlock both at the same time — so your art and sex feels like “yaasss! This is awesome!!” It’s a fun, funny and chill workshop where you’ll learn things that everyone should know, but somehow very few do.

(I’m looking forward to this workshop cos I get to combine two of my favourite things to study and do: art and sex!)

*I may be running another non-STAMP workshop on Sunday 10 April in the GC. Will let you know.

Touch that feels like WOW: a practical workshop

26 April, 7-9pm
$15 early bird (ends 13 April), $20 regular price
Grey Lynn
How often do you receive touch just how you like it? How confident are you that you’re touching your partner just how they like it?

Contrary to schoolyard/media education, communication is really important for this! But we avoid it cos it can feel awkward, etc.

This workshop is about learning + practising ways to communicate that feel easy and breezy. You’ll learn to tune-in to yourself and your partner and give & receive touch in a way that feels genuinely greaaat. We’ll also figure out how to effortlessly flow with a partner through touch. Which is key for fun + fffwoar romance.

Please come along! I'd love to have you. Bring a friend too! You can share the love by forwarding this email to them <3

If you’re thinking “yeh, but I dunno, what if…” read people’s experiences at my workshops and the workshop FAQs.
I’ll shortly be in touch with more Tantric homeplay practices, musings on life and romance, and gifs. Of course.
Have beautiful Easter Holidays,

P.S. I’m going to ConFest this weekend. If you’re going too, come say hi!

What people say about my workshops

These are comments from real people (like you!).

“The workshop took the pressure off having to have 'mind-blowing sex skills.' I liked it’s practical exercises on the basics of intimacy (which we often forget) and heightened my appreciation of sensation. Cait’s also down to earth and really approachable in relating Tantra to the everyday person. Which is great!”
—Veronica, Melbourne

“After the touch workshop I am relating to touch really differently. It's so different and amazing to consider touch toward others as pleasurable for me!! These are things I already knew intellectually but sort of needed to actually experience to truly understand.”
—Melinda, Wellington

"I learned things that’ll be useful for me in lots of everyday contexts, like social settings. And with sex and being playful. I was nervous at first, but it was very friendly and casual. Light. Now knowing that it's not totally ‘sexual’, I feel I can invite friends without them thinking I'm making a ‘move’. Haha. Awesome workshop. Really useful."
—Sarah, Melbourne

Workshop FAQs

Will it be fun?
Definitely. Playfulness & not taking things too seriously are key. This is Tantra after all: it's about pleasure and nourishment, authentically.

Will it be weird?
Anything that's different can seem weird at first. It may be an unusual experience, but it'll be expansive. Possibly challenging, but that means that you grow and become more you!

Do I have to do stuff? Or just listen to you talk?
A little bit of listening, mostly doing. It's experiential—this allows you to learn things & make shifts with your mind, emotions and spirit. Powerful stuff.

Do I have to let people touch my butthole/similar?
No. This workshop relates to sexuality, but it’s involves non-sexual, uncomplicated & beautiful interaction. Also, you don’t have to do anything, ever—you’re fully in your personal sovereignty 100% of the time.

Is it for single people and people with partners?
It's suitable for everyone. For people with partners, this workshop can transform your relationship. It’s unlikely your partner would feel threatened, etc. Check in with them though!

I have a partner. Do I have to bring them?
No (unless they wanna come!).

I have a penis/vagina/something in between. Can I attend?
Yes. All welcome.

Who else will be there?
Me. Your friends, and cool people you haven’t met yet. Bring a friend if you’re nervous!

Please get in touch if you have any other questions. It’d be wonderful to have you there, so do come along!
You made it to the end! Here's a treat.
